You can add your collaborator account at "Member Profile" > "Team Account Management" to enable the collaboration function. The team members share a monthly data download quota (500 entries per month for the yearly plan, 200 entries per month for the monthly plan), can view download records, and can share chart sets and charts within "My Dashboard."
